Equens S.p.A.
As of 1 January 2011 Equens Italia S.p.A. will be renamed Equens S.p.A., and it has become a 100% subsidiary of Equens SE as of that date. Equens Italia S.p.A. was established in 2008 by the Italian ICBPI and Equens SE as a 50/50 joint venture. The full integration of Equens S.p.A. into Equens SE is an important step in the continued growth and continuity of Equens as a pan-European cards and payments processor.
